  • Before using the pan, it should be cleaned with detergent and warm water to ensure that both the inside and outside of the pan are thoroughly clean. Avoid using rough cleaning tools such as abrasive cloths, as they may scratch the surface of the pan.

  • Before cooking, heat the pan or pot over medium heat. Excessive temperature will cause the food to stick in the pan. In addition, appropriate oil can be added to increase the non stick properties of the pan.

  • Please avoide rinsing hot pans directly with cold water or exposing them to sudden temperature changes.

  • Boil water and white vinegar together in a pot for 3-5 minutes, then wash with a cloth or rag while still hot.

    Yellowed areas can be easily removed by washing with warm water and stain-removing powder.

  • Metal spatulas will not affect the performance of the pan. To avoid scratches, avoid using sharp knives or metal spoons to stir food, as this can scratch the surface of the pan.

I saw this on Amazon and went back to order it but it took me two day t find it again! I was so upset thinking it had sold out and I missed it!! It is a beautiful pan! I am keeping it on my stove top because it is so pretty! The fact it is a well made pan that is great to cook with is important also! I wish there was. Whole set I could buy!You cannot go wrong with this lovely piece at an excellent price!
