These worked amazingly at sealing off my master bathroom from audio escaping. It's great being able to use my bathroom knowing that no sound escapes. I can have company over and they would never know what's going on in there. The adhesive works great on drywall and the foam. I used a combination of foams to be sure and deaden all the sound, and I highly recommend it.

ONLY FOUR BECAUSE WHEN I GOT IT I THOUGHT IT WAS HIGH DENSITY FOAM THAT CAME IN THE SAME SIZE BOX but instead It came vacuum sealed in a box twice. The dimensions were approximately 6” deep and 9” long with my curtain in the same box. They advertised it being high density foam but I don’t know what their idea of hd foam is because it’s a pretty flimsy feeling foam that I’m not sure of how well it blocks sound. DIRECTIONS ADVERT. SOAKING IN WATER AND WRINGING IT OUT TO LET IT FULLY EXTEND DONT DO IT JUST PULL APART AND LET SIT FOR A WHILE IF NOT OVERNIGHT ……I just opened it up pulled it apart and stretched out the foam and within a short time my foam was the dimensions advertised.

Great quality for the price! I was able to install next day when fully expanded. Looks great in my studio and definitely helps with the sound! I will be ordering more in the future, highly recommend!

These are nice looking sound proof panels with the diagonal grooves. They are easy to stick on the wall in my music room where my drums are deafening. Now I have less echo bouncing around and all around better sound as I'm blasting my music, and certain the neighbors are thankful for the sound dampening as well.

Updating to 4 stars coz the foams are good quality. I got around the bad adhesives by just nailing the foam board to the wall. Seems to have helped with dampening.—-The adhesives that come in the packet do not work. As you can see they are all stuck to the wall but do not stick to the foam.I might need way more of these for the room to actually not reflect any sound. Right now the 8 panels I have help a little but the room needs more
