We purchased our dishwasher as a deeply discounted display model that looked perfect. Likely blindsided by saving about 50%, we hadn't initially noticed one of these wheels was missing from the bottom track, as it slid in and out without issue. But once installed and loaded with plates, the weight caused the rack to sink when pulling it out or pushing back in.
