Our KitchenAide Dishwasher upper rack adjuster broke. The piece (rack adjuster) that holds the upper rack on the track broke. This plastic piece may break often depending on heat and use. I checked with local appliance suppliers for a replacement. They did not carry the rack adjuster in their inventory. I found this replacement on Amazon. It was available for delivery within 24 hours and the price was better. There are videos on YouTube showing how to replace the rack adjuster. The videos were a big help. I compared the replacement part to the OEM part that broke. I did not see any difference. Installing the replacement part required paying attention to the videos.

Easy to replace. Fits as expected. For now everything seems as good as OEM. I will update if it breaks easily, until then, assume that the part is still functional and working.

This was a perfect match to the upper rack adjuster of my Maytag dishwasher. Easy to install. There are no instructions in the package but I found a video on youtube that made it easy to replace the broken part. It is well made and identical to an original part in every sense. We hope it will last.

I broke this part on one side of our KitchenAid DW and thought I was in the soup for $100+ for a new rack. I was surprised to learn that the side hanger mechanism could be replaced and happy to find them on Amazon for next day delivery for $16. Thought I was going be washing dishes by hand for several days. Very happy that was not the case. The repair couldn’t have been easier.The seller claims the part is an upgrade from the OEM. Not sure about that but it looks just as good and works fine.

Part was a perfect fit for my Kitchenaid kdte254ess1 dishwasher. Took about 15 minutes to replace. Hopefully it will last for years.

I purchased a cheaper, shinier product prior to this one and it very quickly shattered. This product, however, is clearly much more durable and hasn't broken.

What you get in this kit is simply the two large pieces that usually break. There are other parts to your adjusters, they usually don't break. If you google up a video, it will all make sense and you will swear less doing this because you won't waste time. All the videos show a brand new part being removed and replaced with another brand new part, yours will be more gunked-up and harder to disassemble than what is shown, but doable.The parts provided here are good quality and an exact replacement for OEM. If your model is listed, these will work for you. But they come without any sort of instructions, so once again... Go watch the video that some other seller bothered to put on youtube.BTW, just a word about Amazon and parts, I've been impressed twice now with
