So I purchased this for my Milwaukee circular saw it fits in the slot where the guy should go, but it’s too loose so if you don’t take the time to make sure it’s straight before you tighten, you can screw up your cut and it won’t be straight because it wiggles too much

I have an old Skil and a new brushless Ryobi 71/2 circular saws. The guide itself is nice and adjust easily in my saws. The tightening thumb screws diameter, that came with this set, are too big. It's to bad that the screws are all the same size, if they offered three different sizes they could reach a larger market. Both of my saws take a thumb screw 1/2 the size. I just went ahead and purchased a thumb screw that fits.
