I have 2 of the Milwaukee M18 sander that this replacement pad fits as it should. I just bought 2 of these replacement pads from amazon and they fit perfectly (the mounting holes match up! ) Recommended if you have the M18 5" sander.

I don‘t have the brand that this one is for but I use in on my Kobalt sander, the only thing I had to do is to make the hole on the inside a little bigger to fit it but is works great and fits perfectly. I used a dremmel to sand the hole out.

My mouse pad just fell off one day. Too much use which is normal. No complaints. These work really good reattach with a few screws and back to work hook and loop I'd buy again

Hook loops are shallow but seem to hold sandpaper fine. Wasn't able to test it however as it does not actually fit a black and decker 5" orbital sander. It is missing important pilot holes and will not attach.

It works just fine, but feels cheap compared to the original. The foam is a little stiffer which is maybe a good thing for some people. It is working so far, but the velcro feels like it will wear out faster than the original did.To be fair, I haven't worn it out yet so maybe the reduction in stars is unwarranted. On the other hand, I have an Acme Tools within 2 miles of my house, so I will plan to buy the Milwaukee version in the future for the price difference - whatever that is worth to other would be buyers.
