I ordered these chains March 2025, gauge 1.1mm / .043 for my 16 inch Stihl model 180CBE chain saw. The cost per chain is cheaper than having chains re-sharpened. They look very well made. They fit with no problems. We cut fire wood for two hours with one and it is still sharp. I would recommend these chains. Be careful ordering chains for Stihl saws. The numbers are quite similar but the gauge. My M180 takes gauge 1.1mm / .043"; I have another Stihl 16 inch saw M220 that takes gauge 1.3mm / .050" being the only difference in all the other numbers you order by. I suspect that is why so many people have trouble with the chains not fitting. Example: a 1.1mm gauge will fit in a 1.3 blade but there will be all types of problems, the chain will come off, dull quickly, break, over heat. A 1.3mm gauge will never fit in a 1.1mm blade, eh? I've now bought these 2x just this fall/winter. Decent quality, works great on my Sthil saw and can't get a chain sharpened for what I paid for these. Recommended to a few friends also

I just changed to my second chain after cutting several cords of wood on the first chain. I am very impressed, they seem to stay sharper and cut better than Oregon chain!! If I could stay out of hitting rocks I would still be using the first of five chains!! Great value, would recommend to anyone who wants to spend more time cutting and less time cussing!!; 😉

I tried every blade and they either broke 2 cuts in or didn't cut at all. Not sure if I got a bad set but these because extremely dangerous to use.
