I bought this product last May. I’ve had problems on average every 4-5 months. This month alone was twice. My plumber told me each time it had to do with a blockage of some sort. Essentially the macerating blades are plastic and are not capable of handling the job.

Replacement lasted 8-9 months to December 2024 - We have only had this 2 months. It quit working already. It has power to it but it does nothing. Found out by everything backing up into the shower. Checked it out and it completely doesn’t work. Appears that the motor is burned up or won’t work at all. Very disappointing being 2 months old. Be careful when purchasing.First purchase December 2023 - We did get a second one and it worked for a few months and then quit also. Very frustrated for spending the money and 2 in less than a year quit.

I had plumber setup the pump. Ran water tests with the flush and the sink that were attached. Everything was working fine. Next day the pump would not turn on.Electrical to the pump, ok. The manual switch would not start the pump. Very disappointed, was hoping to have it working before family came for Christmas.

My family has used a macerating toilet for over twenty years. This was bought to replace the old one which we had no issues with other than age, it was a Sani Flow. This unit is less than 2 months old and is now jammed. no new users just family which are totally aware of the restrictions! Unacvceptable

The unit runs great for 3 months, now check valve seeps causing unit to cycle every 4 to 6 minutes, have to unplug unit when not in use. At this moment in time unable to get replacement check valve.

I was skeptical to buy this off Amazon and at this price. They are usually much more expensive. However I tried this out for my basement bathroom as it needed a replacement. I absolutely am happy with this purchase. It works and it saved me some money.

This has been a perfect unit for our basement as the main drains are above floor level.It was so simple to install and has been working flawlessly. Mine is only pumping vertically about 8 feet and is being used for a toilet, shower/tub, and a sink. So far not overly loud.Multiple inlets with a built in vent makes installation easy. You just have to plan out the layout and piping. I have not used the manual button at all to date, nor have had to.I do like that it has a built in check valve to keep water in the drain pipe from coming back into the unit and causing it to cycle over and over.A good unit for basement or areas with difficult access to drain pipes.

My product work great for 6 months and now it doesn't automatic flush again! I have to press the button to send everything out ... That means you can't use a shower because the water backs up... Any help will be good

The previous pump died after several years of use, as these pumps tend to do, so I bought this one. Installed it easily and worked right away. Only lasted 3 months before dying, though. Paid for the extended warranty. Will see if they actually replace it. These pumps should last more than 3 months of light use.
