They are good quality and the rubber is fairly stiff. I lubed them with some liquid soap and got them in my Klockwerks ST windshield without much problems. None tore or ripped. Remember that because of the metal inside of the grommet you have to insert these from the inside of the fairing pushing the slightly larger side through the windshield to the outside.
