When I took it out of the package I was worried that it was too small, it installed easily and I was as able to start my snow blower.

This item is a Cheap knock-off of the original Toro primer. The clips were too big for the slots and one ended up snapping when installing. Fortunately, the rubber was salvageable and fit on the original base.

Previously refurbished machine prior to passing down to daughter after purchase of home. Didn't replace this at that time. She informed me that original split and needed replacing. Fit perfectly and machine starts easily once again. Good investment of $6

The clips were not pliable and brittle. They broke within the first minute of trying to insert them in the frame that holds the unit in place. In addition, the nipple stem cracked at the base.
