Protection Function
The controller is safe with a 2A resettable fuse.If the current is too large, the fuse will automatically open to avoid the module from damaging, After cooling, the fuse is automatically restored.
Operating instruction:
1.Before you attempting to wire the controller, make sure power is off.
2.Please Check all connections before applying power, it will be damaged if connect the supply voltage with wrong polarity.
3.Turn on the power, and adjust the potentiometer.The LED indicates the power up and the speed of motor.
4.You can control the speed of the motor through potentiometer.
Notice:
1.Please kindly allow 1-2mm differs due to manual measurement.
2.Don't directly connected to household 220V AC, please connect this DC controller to DC power supply.
3.Turn off the power supply before making any wiring changes
4.If you want to change motor direction,interchange the positive and negative wires of motor.(Connect wires refer to the "wiring diagram" (NO.5 picture)).
5. We suggest to add an appropriately rated fuse in line with the positive supply to avoid any possible damage.

Needed a few of these to control the speed of some of my 3d prints. These worked great, the connections are clearly marked to make it simple to hook up.

2 of them didn’t work. If the shaft on the pot was just a 1/8 inch longer it would be easier to screw the nut on.

PWM shape is poor. Surprising since a 555 and a comparator can create a better square wave. I'll troubleshoot it later.

I have a limited use case, but these are an excellent and economic product for older PCs that have had the CPU fan controller fail. I went from endless full speed Boise or overheating to smooth, easily adjusted operation.

I had to order these because a previous purchase with a different seller went all wrong. None of the WPMs worked in the previous purchase … but the first one I pulled from THIS purchase WORKED PERFECTLY! No hiccups at all. So happy with the quick shipping and ease of use!
