Canister has one terminal longer than the other and the power connectors won’t fit flush. This canister also causes the humidifier to fill it three times within 20 seconds which triggers the solenoid. The OEM one doesn’t cause this.

I've been buying this canister for years. Wish I could get more than one season out of each, but that's the price for high-quality steam humidification. Hard water? You'll have to clear it out at least once a season.

Like others have mentioned, the electrode connections are too small. The power connectors slide on and off with little resistance and can't get a good connection as a result. Because of that, I don't feel comfortable using it.

One of the two power pins was undersized. If the manufacturer does not control quality on something this important and visible, what can be expected on the parts you cannot see inside of the cannister?After initial comments, seller offered to do whatever was required to make things right.
