$500.21 is what I spent for stairs and ladder combo and the company screwed me over after my product was damaged during shipping by Fed-Exl they sent me replacement parts but there when we get it to get her it's is really flimsy and wants to buckle while someone is on it and it states that it can hold up to 350lbs so we want to send it back because it was unsafe to use and the company sade they can't and won't refund us because they have sent us replacement parts for aa problem that wasn't even our fault and then Amazon agreed with them I'm on ssd and it took half my check to buy this product and it doesn't even work and now I am back at square one having to find stairs for my pool I never got to use this summer SMH I'M re0ally thinking twice about my Amazon prime account..and how they treated me

These steps work well. It makes getting in and out of our above ground pool much easier. My husband has knee issues and this makes it easier. The handles are not quite as sturdy as we would like as they are plastic but definitely sturdy enough and a value for the price. Best choice out there.

I have used this exact set of stairs for the past 5 years it has been outstanding. The support brackets started to crack from use so I decided to buy another. It arrived 2 days early and took only 30 minutes to assemble. I was pleasantly surprised to see they addressed a previous problem of the access door popping off which now has screws securing it in place. Great Value, very pleased.

I love how easy it was to assemble and install. I wish there was a place to place sand in the front to help hold it down in the water. I would have give it a 5 star rating if it did. My husband has had back surgeries and is a bit heavier. He can use the steps and it makes access to the pool so much easier.

These steps were part of our above-ground pool purchase in 2006. In 2016, after chlorine and sun damage (and a few extra hefty guests), they started to crack. We visited our local pool store, and this exact model of replacement was being sold for $598. Thanks to Innovaplas, we saved quite a bit of money. Great quality. We have an above-ground pool with a deck around the top. My husband 'cut off' the ladder,' leaving a 6" length handles lower than the decking, and simply lowered the handles into the holes on the composite decking. This is an excellent quality pool stair steps. We put a 50 lb bag of sand in the third step (it's made to hold the sand) which helps to keep the stairs submerged. You'll need to replace the sand bag each year, otherwise algae/mold will form in the bag.

I replaced a ladder system that was very solid and sturdy. This ladder is cheap and you get what you pay for. I repaired my previous ladder and will be using it going forward.
