NOTES
- 1) When the fault code is displayed as E-0.2, you need to pay attention to the following points:
- a. The load is too heavy and the acceleration time is too short. Adjust the acceleration time and replace it with a higher power inverter.
- b. The rated power of the motor is too large, replace the motor matched with the frequency converter.
- c. The parameter settings in —0.3—, —0.4—, —0.5—, —0.6— are unreasonable, and it is recommended to restore them to factory values.
- 2) When the motor is running, there will be strong interference. At this time, the manual frequency adjustment function may fail, but you can still adjust the frequency by pressing the button. It is recommended to use a single button to stop the motor and modify the frequency.
- 3) When adjusting speed accurately, it is recommended to use button speed adjustment. Potentiometer speed adjustment will cause slight deviations during motor operation or installation system vibration, which will affect control accuracy.
- 4) When the ambient temperature is too high, enough space for heat dissipation needs to be left.

Most VFDs of this capacity are double the size. This one is nice and compact, and so far, seems to do the job nicely. The only nits are that the cooling fan has quite a loud whine when running, and the installation/user manual is a) short on details and explanation and b) needs a magnifying glass to read it.For someone already familiar with VFDs, or that doesn't mind a bit of a puzzle, it seems to be a god product and a good price.

I set the RPM limit to 99Hz, up from the default 50, because why not. After turning it on and off quickly once, it gave up the ghost. E.02 on trying anything. Looks like something internal was damaged. Loved it while it was running. Took a while to ship a replacement.

Used this on an old lathe. Once wired it worked great. Have a good understand of electrics. Mines not the greatest, but watched a couple videos on a similar VFD. Allows great adjustability of an old motor that was a constant 1725 rpm motor in its day. Great unit!

Perfect little VFD for 1 HP or less. I like that it can be mounted on the door of the electrical box. The control connections detach from the unit so they are easy to wire. Instructions and programability are what you would expect from a Chinese unit. I have a few of them with external switch control .
