Very happy with it for the price. I cut up a pool noodle from the Dollar Tree and taped it up for foam. Will upgrade to something nicer later. For reference I'm a women's sz12 shoe and I still have room to work with. I tried it as an atlas bar and found it a bit too narrow for that, but it does work.

One of the hole for bolt is not drilled completely, I have to modify it myself. Craftsmanship and quality control is not good.

The bars for your heel and toes are way to far apart, even when adjusted to the smallest setting. I had to return it because it was unusable for me.

95% of the weight plates in my garage gym are standard/one inch hole, so they work on this tib bar...and it isn't that easy to find a tib bar that accepts standard plates. Most of them seem to be Olympic size. That said: this bar works well. It keeps the plates secure. Once I adjusted it how I wanted, there's no need for me to alter it. The foam, while reasonably dense, is on the thin side. I haven't really had a problem with that, but if I start loading up a lot of weight, I don't know how comfortable it will be. My other tib bar is Olympic and I keep that one loaded with substantial weight.4 stars. It's a decent tib bar and it's actually quite affordable.
