As someone who is trying to get started with exercising at home. As part of my PT i need to do several types of squats.I got these wedge blocks cause they were decently priced. But very happy with them. They are quite sturdy and hold up under my 185lbs. It has a nice height to them too so my elevated squats are every effective. They have a nice grip on them, so whether its on carpet or on the hardwood, they are able to hold up under my weight without slipping around. Perfect for my needs, highly recommend them

Man, when I tell you these work way better than the double folded over carboard I was using when I ran across needing something like these for my workout. I like the maneuverability of these. Of course, they're lightweight, but I'm not restricted to a set width in my stance as I would with a singular wedge board. The freedom to have my feet right next to each other or in a wide sumo squat while using these was a major green flag in my book. The also have ridges in them for traction which I feel was very useful. They stayed sturdy where I put them through the duration of my exercise as well as my shoes didn't slide down the slope with my movement. These are very useful. I've you're looking for some wedge blocks, I would recommend these. They've worked out great!

I was hoping these wouldn't slide around on the gym floor and they stayed put! They may slide around on a more slippery floor, but on a rubbery gym floor, they don't budge. I've even kicked them around to move them and they didn't want to move.I use these for squats (Smith and goblet) and I've even flipped them around backwards and used them for calf raises to get that stretch in the bottom.These are pretty dense foam. They are solid and not pieced together. They seem like great quality. I can fit them in my gym bag easily.I much prefer these wedges to using a plate under my heels. I wear barefoot minimalist shoes while lifting and using plates hurts the arches of my feet.These wedges make those movements much more comfortable for me!

I have been doing lunges and squats for some time and my knees are beginning to bother me. I like these wedge blocks as they provide good support for when I am exercising and my knees are not hurting as much. Although I wear knee sleeves when exercising, these blocks are making a tremendous difference in my workouts. I will probably order a long wedge slant board as I believe that would be beneficial as well, especially when doing lunges where I am transferring legs with each lunge, however these wedges are a good start and are saving my knees. They are well made and feel strong so I believe they will support substantial weight (I only weigh 126 lbs.) however these appear to be well made. I think they will last me for at least a few years before I will need to replace them.They aren't extremely large so they do not take up a huge amount of space, so I was able to throw them in the basket where I keep my other workout equipment such as my knee braces and weight belt. Overall this was a great purchase and I am well pleased with this product.

I already own a set of slant boards, and was hoping this set would be used for my squat exercise routine.These wedges are very short. You cannot place your entire foot on the wedge. When I attempted to use them with only my heel on the wedge and the ball of my foot on the floor, I found them too unstable.I would not recommend this product to anyone who is not a child weightlifter.
