Excellent case! It fit my two piece, 7 foot spinning rod/reel perfectly. Good quality case with some rigidity to it to protect your gear. It’s a little unbalanced when carrying it by the handle, but not a huge deal.

I use a 6.5 ft high graphite UL rod that the tip is notorious for breaking. The case does its job and keeps my rods safe during travel and transport. If I had to say anything negative about this item it would be the case is a bit bulkier than I expected but I will not deter me from giving a 5 star rating. It does the job I need it to do.

We needed a carrier for our fresh water poles and spinning reels. One that we could keep the reels on the poles. This carrier is perfect. Good padding around the reel and solid tube area for the rod. Easy to carry and transport. We like the idea that it is just for one rod. Too many carriers have pockets and storage areas that are not needed making the carriers too bulky. Price point is excellent.

My 7 foot 2 piece Fenwick rod fits almost exactly where the largest loop is right at the edge of the tube. It's a tight fit so I have to remove the rod carefully from the hard tube because of the loop touching the inner hard tube. Otherwise the tube is solid so I'm not worried about the rod being damaged. I wish there was a shoulder strap for it instead of a handle.

Bought this for my Grandson, and it appears to be well made, and a perfect for his 2-piece spin-cast rod & reel. Good value and with the hard tube, it will protect his fishing gear. Recommend.
