I was looking for fountains this year and realized that I had purchased this fountain which came broken in bits and pieces. I contacted the manufacturer and there was no response. I noticed that in some reviews it mentioned that the fountain came broken. It sure did for me. My mistake was in not pursuing this but I just wanted to mention it in case anyone is interested in the item.

The water fountain was a beautiful addition to our outdoor patio. We enjoyed it while the pump worked. Suddenly after about two months the pump died. I tried to reach out to the manufacturer but no one has reached out to my aid. The customer support on this item has been silent/poor.I was hoping that they would at least recommend a way to fix/replace the pump.

I Ordered this fountain and a part was broken when I received it, I called customer service and they answered immediately and was so nice, I was told to keep the broken one for parts should I need them later and they are sending me a new one , can not say enough about what a great customer service Alpine has , and I love this fountain !

We have owned this for over a year and we put this fountain on one of the stools that hold plants and boy it steals the show. It is very durable and looks really classy. Please make sure to dry it up before you store it.

This fountain was just what I was looking for to add a relaxing mood on our patio. Not to small or to large. The sound of the water cascading from one level to the next is very relaxing. Very well made and attention to detail makes this a great value. I would consider buying this fountain for the perfect housewarming gift or for anyone that enjoys time relaxing outside. CUSTOMER SERVICE was awesome!! Communicated through text messaging. Responded quickly and handled my issue completely and very professional. This means a lot today when so many of us buy online. It looks really nice in our Fairy Garden. The product is esy to assemble, but has some water leakage points. The well runs dry in a few days - at least ours did. I tried to find leaks in the basic well, but there were none. It seems to leak at the point between the pump and base part.Ours went dry in 3 days and the pump locked up and I could not free it. Luckily I had another small pump that shuts down if there is no water flow. We still need to refill the pump every other day. I'm working in the problem but not have a solution is yet. If you just want it for looks and don't mind if there is little or no water flow - its fine. I do like solving problems - so I'm not returning it.
