I got the 32 gauge. I used mine to wrap a birdhouse post. I'm trying to prevent squirrels from climbing to the birdhouses and chewing up the birdhouse. The material is thick enough that .squirrels can't dent but thin enough to shape to form if needed.

Good quality aluminum flashing. Thick and fairly stiff. Mine measures in at .014, just a bit under size but still thick and stiff enough for my need. Came well packaged and clean, not bent or scratched up.

I used this material as a kick plate for our garage door. It worked exactly as I expected. Looks great. Note that you will want to have the right tools to fabricate with for this material.
