Description of item clearly shows a right hand lever flushing tank. What we received was a left hand lever tank. Left hand lever are the most commonly installed with water closets. I needed the right hand lever to meet ADA compliancy in a restroom. There was no identifiers stating what side laver was mounted, other than the picture.As far as the condition when delivered, it was not broken and was packaged in American Standard box.

Came fast but broken into pieces. 😕 I am returning this heavy item and buying it again hoping that the second time the item will be delivered properly. If not I guess I will forget buying any breakable items on Amazon.

I bought a American Standard Clean toilet well, three of them from a big box. Installing a bidet I broke the tank. Going back to big box was akin to teaching a shopping cart to heel. So I ordered the wrong replacement tank it arrived broke. Immediately requested a refund on a Saturday it came on a Tuesday it came. looking at the broken tank the replacement it was still the wrong tank MY FAULT! However it was amazons manufacturer replacement contact numbers and a human to talk to. Kasey sent me the right tank, sent back the new wrong replacement tank for a credit. So end of the day I came out looking good right before Xmas wife is happy with the bidet. Wife swears by the CLEAN TOILET so much better than at me.

I had chipped the tank on my toilet, checked the number inside, and got this one which was the same exact tank. Don't think it will fit just any toilet.

There was nothing wrong with the toilet itself, it just did not have the holes at the bottom that matched up to the seat we were putting it on. Had to return for that reason
