exactly what I needed in a hard-to-find size. BUT the package arrived crushed on one end. I ended the product right away or I would have returned it. Was not the fault of the seller, fault of the delivery person.

I don’t use this flashing as flashing; rather, I use it to make magnetic surfaces for attaching magnets to - under kitchen counters; on hardboard for DIY magnetic chalkboards, whiteboards; for hanging tools, etc.It’s easy to cut a clean edge with lightweight tin snips. If you get a rough edge, simply sand it with some sandpaper to smooth it out. Just be sure to wear gloves if you don't want to bleed on your work!

Hard to find size so what can I say. If you need this size, this may be your option. I will use this on a project early fall so it is still in shipping box. No problem with shipping and no visible damage to the box so I'm ass_uming everything is fine. I will update if it isn't. The price I paid was cheaper than it is now so I'm happy.

ony place to get 24" flashing and had to straighten out some dents from shipping but not too bad-does what it says and at a good price.
