Out of the box… plug it in and with the remote… good to go! Recently diagnosed with Neuropathy, my husband needed to exercise and develop his calf muscles and this is an incredible solution! Not only that, it exercises his foot and arch muscles and with a little push from his thighs , they get activated as well!If one has knee problems, this is also a gentle and consistent workout and one can control the speed and endurance level with the touch of a button. The machine itself is not heavy and is easy to lift and carry!Soooo… if in doubt… try it out!

I love this under desk elliptical. I work from home and sit all day at my desk. My job keeps me in meetings all day and sometime I don't get up for hours. This keeps my legs moving. I use it for hours every day and love it. It's quiet and convievt and so necessary if you sit all day like I do. They say sitting is the new smoking so I consider this a life saver!!!

My husband loves his ANCHEER Elliptical, Electric Leg Exerciser. It is so quite. It's easy to use. He loves the remote that came with it! Everything about this Elliptical is as describes. I would certainly recommend this product.
