Ordered 2: 1 for myself snd 1 for 95 year old independent live alone female. Machine is too heavy for elderly female. Requested but still awaiting instructions to return. Please help as return deadline is fast approaching.

I have only used the exerciser 3 times since I received it. In this time, I have noticed an increase in my strength and balance. My ankles are usually tight feeling with a decrease in movement. After using the exerciser, I have noticed that my ankles are more movable and less stiff. It is super quiet and easy to use. The feature of forward and reverse uses different types of mobility. I love it.
