Much easier to put on than the whole support the Dr ordered for me, and it works just as well. He told me what ever worked for me was fine with him, so this style it is. So much easier, and I can even drive in these, not so much with the brace.

What I liked about these Arch Supports: These arches are easy to use and put on but there is no stretch to the fabric. The fabric is very thin so it wasn’t difficult to get my shoe back on over the arch supports. The size is adjustable from 7-11 inch circumference due to a Velcro closure. So if your feet swell these will still fit. My foot did not get hot with the arch support as the fabric has good breath ability. You can wear them barefoot or with shoes; with or without socks. The copper fiber arch support was lightweight and comfortable for about 3-4 hours of walking. You can hand wash these in warm water and let air dry. The arch fit my foot well but also fit my husband well when he tried the supports.What I disliked about these Arch Supports: The fabric has no elasticity so getting a good snug fit is hard so it feels like it slides sometimes when I’m walking but I didn’t had to readjust it. The fabric is extremely thin so I’m thinking it’s a matter of time for the copper arch to break through; this also makes the arch uncomfortable after walking in them for 3-4 hours.

They are great. The bands are not tight, they are very comfortable and give the extra support that I needed.

These arch supports are exactly what I was looking for. They provide a moderate amount of arch support while being very thin. I needed thin ones because there’s not much extra room in my new boots. They fit comfortably and are easy to put on.

I received my Vanzen Arch Support (2PCS) today and quickly put them on. The inside of the straps are marked with arrows showing you which direction to put them on each foot. I wrapped them around my arches and it feels really good on. I feel like I could strap them on tighter for more compression, but then the velcro attachment would end up being too close to my arch. I also noticed the tighter the fit, the more uncomfortable they became. I was able to feel the edges of the inner plastic plate, becoming bothersome. It's best to strap around at a comfortable fit and you will still feel a light compression. The straps do have a good amount of stretch and will fit most any foot being as these are one-size fits all. The fabric on straps feel a little thin but that's probably why they are breathable. The velcro has a good strong grip. I got this 2pc arch support to wear with my home slippers that don't offer any arch support.
