I liked the idea of having a sensor on/off to keep the handle clean while cooking but the sensor is not very good and you almost have to touch the sensor to get it to work but I do like the idea of the water turning itself off after 3 minutes.

Worked ok for a couple of years and then the solenoid valve clogged. Can't see how it will come apart and I would be happy to have a replacement solenoid. HEY Arrisea, how do I clean it or get a new solenoid???

The product's durability is very questionable as it malfunctioned after only two years of usage.

Bought one of these in 2022, last for approx. 2 years and started leaking water. Wrote the customer support as well as online multiple times but no response. The limited lifetime warranty is a joke. Never again, please buy a better and known brand
