As someone who once sung the praises of Atlas Scientific products, I feel obligated to spread the information that they leave out of their data sheets and documentation. First and foremost, there is NO SUCH THING as a glass bulb pH meter that can be indefinitely submerged and maintain a high degree of accuracy for more than a few hours. It took several hundred dollars, a lot of researching, and hours of trial and error to find out that pH probes are NOT designed to be out of their buffer solution for more than a few minutes. Don't make the same mistakes I did.

Building pH tester from Atlas and pH calibration broke open. Its blue so 10.0, I will say seal on clear packet held.*Will update when I can calibrate Atlas pH probe.

The sensor is great, but if you're an arduino hobbyist and just want to get an accurate, digitally represented pH number for your project, you'll probably want to look at the kits that include the isolator board and the EZO interface board. This kit with only the sensor will leave a lot of "how accurate is it" up to the circuit design, ADC resolution and calibration code you implement.

We bought a few Atlas Scientific probes for our hydroponics system. Very easy to get up and running with very accurate readings. Customer service is excellent.

So far this has been a great little tool for my arduino pool monitor project to monitor the ph in the pool. It has a nice e step calibration to calibrate it at 4,7, and 10. So far there are no cons and will see if it stands up well to being in the pool constantly
