Once the water turns reddish-brown, you may drink it as-is unsweetened, or you may add sugar, honey, milk, cream or ice to your preference.

I drank coffee for years, then found it to be to bitter. I have never cared for regular sweet or unsweetened tea. I only drank Chinese oolong tea. I prefer it steeped dark which to me has more flavor . I don't get gitters if I drink too much of this. I do add some sugar for a little sweetness. I buy the 600 pack and use 2 bags a day. Great stuff. I even noticed my Chinese restaurant uses the same brand.

Flavor is good, but weak. Two tea bags overwhelms. Trying boiling water and times to seep.
