3m tape was not on deflector very straight or in correct spot. It did not entirely stick to the hood of vehicle and will probably beak loose from weather and dirt.

The shield bracket/clip things were too long making the shield sit almaost half an inch below the bottom of the hood. This made it so once the shield was on the hood wouldn't close.

Installation was not easy. You have to have it perfectly aligned upon contact with hood as the 3M tape is no joke. Once it makes contact with hood that’s wheee it’s at. No pulling off and moving it as it should be. I trial run and several looks and alignment points should be noted before the final STICK!I did this and it looks great !

I had no issues with product, but the packaging looked like it had been in a war zone. I was totally surprised and happy when I found the shield was not broke although it did have some scuffing and a scratch on one side. I used it anyway and looks good on my truck.

I had these on my last truck that I just traded in for a new one. After one week I knew I absolutely missed having the wind screens and immediately purchased another set. Always get the in the channel style. I can’t imagine why anyone would do otherwise. Super easy to install. One tip, make sure you follow the instructions and do not roll down the windows for at least 3 days to effect solid bonding. I waited a week in both installations and I have never had a shade come loose. Great for filtering sunlight and keeping the wind noise down with a cracked window.

Instructions were easy to follow, and it looks super on the truck. There are two suggestions I would offer for anyone looking to put this on their truck/SUV. One is to install the side bumpers on the shield, and not on the vehicle hood. The second suggestion is to make sure there is no warp or bow when initially installing the shield because once you push down on the adhesive tape...it sticks!

This deflector sits very close to the hood of my 2015 GMC Canyon. I am not sure exactly how much this will affect its deflection capabilities, but I have owned hood deflectors in the past, both from AVS and WeatherTech, and they were not so "low profile". Other than that little bit to make me worry, they have an excellent look and fit, took about 15-20 minutes to install. I do like the little "cone" rubber bumpers--those little things that prevent the deflector from scratching your paint. In the past, they were nothing more than tiny little 1/4" round bumps. These stand a little taller on this model, more like 1/2" tall, and 1/2" at the base, and I'd be more inclined to trust them if they were ever needed.
