Bought a set of 4. Sturdy, dependable, well made. They come with great heavy duty stakes and long guy lines. I'll be buying more.Update: Yep, bought another set of two to complete my tarp slinging needs.

Had them for a few months now. These held up in tornado weather holding a tarp in July and never flinched. Great product!

These replaced metal poles for an awning. The original poles had a cheap mechanism to keep the pole at the proper height, but they were always collapsing. Or, the wind would lift the fabric grommets off of the top of the poles. These poles twist and lock in place without collapsing. And there's a cap to place over the pole after they go through the grommets. Comes with guylines and pretty decent stakes. It all goes in a zippered carrying bag.

I bought these for my hubby and he says they are exactly what he needed for his tent canopy.

I recently added the AYAMAYA Tarp Poles to my collection of camping gear and wanted to share my thoughts on them. I've used poles from different manufacturers over the years. I wanted to see how these would stack up, especially considering their aluminum build versus my usual go-to, carbon fiber.Physical Dimensions: These poles come in a set of two. They have a telescoping design divided into four sections and are a standard height that fits well with most camping tarps, tents, and canopies. The telescoping feature is a neat trick that allows for a good range of height adjustments.Flexibility: These poles have more give than I'm used to, especially when the wind starts to pick up. They flex quite a bit in gusty conditions, which can be a bit worrisome if you're hoping your shelter will stay put. It's not a deal-breaker, but it's noticeable for those used to the rigidity of carbon fiber.Stability: They're stable on the ground and come equipped with stakes and guylines to secure your setup, which is a nice touch.Weight & Material: Being aluminum, they're certainly not the heaviest poles I've ever lugged around, but if you're counting ounces, carbon fiber poles still have the edge. That said, they're durable and capable of handling the wear and tear of regular use.Overall, these poles are a solid four stars. They're a reliable option for those who aren't too concerned about the occasional dance with the wind or who prefer the durability and cost-effectiveness of aluminum over carbon fiber. You might want to keep looking if you're after something that won't flex much under pressure. But these poles do the job well for general camping needs and ease of use.

We bought and have been using a Teton Mesa 14 canvas tent. The front awning came with two cheap poles that you cannot adjust. We used this tent over the winter and those poles were horrible. We decided to go with these telescoping poles so that we can adjust the awning to whatever height we needed. They also pack down smaller and weigh less than the original ones. We've used these a couple of times now and they are way better and have worked very well!
