These shuttlecocks are made of durable duck feathers, which are sure to last you a long time. I've been using these shuttlecocks for a few months now and I can honestly say that they are some of the best shuttlecocks I've ever used. The 77speed of these shuttlecocks gives a great feel and control when playing and I can really feel the difference when I'm playing. They also have a really nice flight, allowing my shots to go further and be more accurate. Additionally, the 12pcs/tube are great for getting a lot of games in without having to constantly replace the shuttlecocks.

There's not much I can say about the shuttlecocks apart from the fact that they work fantastically well there slightly difficult to see when you're playing with them and that's one issue I wouldn't recommend playing with the shuttlecocks with the kids mainly because it would be better for professionals or people who are can actually play the sport for them to use these shuttlecocks becausw number one there fairly expensive and #2 the very great quality of the shuttlecocks is fantastic and I definitely recommend these but the only issue again was a slightly difficult to see not incredibly difficult but slightly and he does do a fantastic job and feathers during it broken too quickly which is great and I've been using these for a while now and I'm almost finished I'll have to get you set soon but yeah they're fantastic and they definitely worth the price.

In terms of feathered (in this case duck, rather than goose) shuttlecocks, these are great for price. The feel of thes birdies through normal play doesnt have any discernable difference from the more popular brands. Drops, drives, serves, baby shots behaved as expected. These birds have gotten through a few smashes with expected wear and tear. Smashes were audibly disappointing as they didnt give much of a nice loud 'snap.' Erroneous hits where the rim meets the feathers will always warrant premature damage so its as expected too.Control felt nice but that would be dependent on other factors like wear of the cork, feather's fatigue, quality of racket, etc. I'm pretty precise with my serves and because of the controlled nature of serving I felt like I didnt have to adapt much to get these birds where I want them and how fast it gets there. For the price, its a no-brainer, especially for the quality and how these behave. The glue on a couple were a bit messy, but its not something that couldnt be fixed with some cutting. It doesnt detatch from their performance. This is a great alternative for even intermediate and pro's for practice. Competition is best left for the standard goose feathers.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!We ended us using the entire pack in a single day use while playing a friendly doubles game for an hour. These are the worst shuttles anyone can buy! These shuttles don’t last even 10 shots during play!

Quality - Most of the feathers are straight but found few slightly curves at the tip, and few of them don't fly straight. I would have given it 4-stars if it doesn't wobble.Performance - All of them are slow for California weather but I should have known. They are labeled green which for hotter and more humid climate. I have to bend the feathers tip to speed them up.Durability - Tends to last about three quarters of a typical game, or about 8mins.Value - Good for the money and suitable for practicing. I usually pay double the price for Aeroplane, Yonex or Victor.

DESCRIPTION: This is a set of 12 duck feather badminton shuttlecocks provided in a cardboard dispenser tube. Badminton is out of season here, as winter is beginning; so this review is limited to an inspection of the item and not use in play.I read about shuttlecocks to learn there are two types: duck feather shuttlecocks which are preferred by professionals, but have a shorter life as they can only be used until a feather is damaged; and plastic feather shuttlecocks, which are used for casual family/backyard badminton and have a much longer life.————————PLUS: The shuttlecock feathers are firmly glued in place to the cork tip. I could only see a slight variation in the trimming of the feathers. The heavy cardboard tube makes a good storage container as well as a dispenser. It is marked to insert shuttlecocks in one end, and dispense from the other end.————————MINUS: The feathers are contained by being glued to two strings which form a circle and are tied off, then coated with glue. The tied off ends are prominent. Some are inside the shuttlecock, some extend outside. I don't know if this affects their performance, but the ends are rather stiff and sharp.Duck feather shuttlecocks are, by nature, more fragile than the plastic ones. For backyard/family use, the plastic type will be found more durable. This is not an animal-free product, as feathers are taken from live birds.————————MY RATING: 4 stars, discounted one star for the sharp tied-off ends and the use of a live animal product.

I have been waiting for shuttlecocks for awhile and I am glad that this is available. It is fairly steady and durable. It makes badminton game more fun since it flies further. It is made out of real duck feather. It does stuck on my badminton rack once awhile, which reminds me to get professional rack instead of the cheaper one.

These real feather shuttlecocks are well made and consistent. I found their size to be regulation, but may need a little time to decompress straight out of the can. They do seem to drop a bit quicker than nylon birdies. As for durability, these delightful feathered beauties don't like hitting the ground too often and are best suited to be used by those who can keep them aloft. In other words; save these for the grown-ups and let the kids and newbies learn on nylon birdies. Overall, these are delightful to play with and harken to a time when everything wasn't made of plastic. They add a certain amount of authenticity and decorum to badminton, and for that, they receive a 5 star rating!

The Mrs and i have started playing badminton at the weekends and the worn out shuttlecocks the court provides are a bit.... Worn out. So we decided to pick up our own and these were a good choice. These are rated as 77 speed so they are a medium and good for most players. We found they hit well and gave us good accuracy, and speed, but it was still controllable. So any hard smashes would move, but you still had a chance to get it. We're certainly not profesional but they definitely made the game more competitive.
