I have a cheap Chicago electric flux125 welder. It is designed to be a/c. I installed this bridge rec with heat sink and made the welder d/c. On high power, the heat sink never got warm during a 5 minute continuous bead. Worked better than I thought it would.....

Works great, heat sink really absorbs heat with only 90 am welder. Love the end channeling accepts a pc fan for cooling.

Very nice combination, does not heat up in my application. Takes up a LOT of heat sink paste, screws fantastic product and not worth my time to buy them separately. Thank you!

I’ve installed two of these on a couple cheap welders to convert them from AC to DC. I also installed a fan to blow across it to keep it cool and I’ve had no problems with it. Those flux core welders are totally different animals now! Just make sure you buy some thermo paste to put in between the rectifier and the fin block. The pins or bushings are labeled clearly so hooking it up is no problem. Would buy again!

I put this in my start cart/battery charger and it really pushes out the power now. This is a full bridge rectifier so not a direct drop in, but after getting the right combo of input voltage right it can push more than 100a at 14vdc continuously. I put a fan on the heat sink as well.

Screws Supplied are to short and with the wrong head. Counter sunk heads suoolies will split open the plastic casing.

Nice heatsink seems to be a nice rectifier but the screws to secure it to the heat sink only catch about 1 thread if your lucky. Terrible engineering make the screws 8-10 mm longer and you'd be fine. Is that too much to ask?
