Installed these on three rack-mounted toms on a kit I've built. They look great, and seem solid. I've gigged with the kit about 20 times now, and have had no issues at all. Some people have complained that the screws are too short...not sure why. These things are designed to attach to either rack toms or floor toms, and the screws are plenty long enough to clamp down on your typical tom arm or floor tom legs. I don't see the problem.So far I'm very pleased with them, and for under forty bucks you can't beat it.

While not a physical match to what it replaced, the holes matched up. The clamp holds the heavy tom perfectly in adjustment. Nice chrome plating looks good on my vintage drums. I highly recommend to anyone.

Like everyone else says the screws aren’t long enough. I didn’t read the reviews and I should have. Hopefully you read this and just go to a music store.

Other reviewers are correct, the fasteners are too short, but a still a good/cheap DIY project edrum clamp, I ordered a second lot as they worked out great with a little workaround, if you leave out the rubber gasket it may fasten depending on the drum shell thickness, but still very easy to strip out the thread as there isn't much purchase (less than a diameter and a half of the thread needed), but getting some slightly longer M4 screws from a hardware store will solve this issue, not too long as they are blind holes you are screwing into, then you are left with 3 very serviceable mounts for the price of 1 gibraltar clamp, you can reuse the supplies washers but will have to press them off and drill them out to accept the new screws as they are pressed on from the factory, you may want to just get some fender washers with the new screws you are purchasing.The supplied rubber gasket make a good template for marking out your holes to drill on the drum shell as well.Also a little CRC or WD40 will help the main clamp thread run smoothlyAs I say, I purchased a second lot because everything worked out great, so I'm putting these on all my shells.Hope this helps

Recently I purchased a used set of drums and really like them however the floor tom came with the rims suspension system and I prefer traditional three leg stand. I ordered three leg mounts with a similar look to the hardware and I really didn’t need anything fancy. This does the job the way I intended.

I ordered these in hopes that they would similar enough to Gibraltar's mount that I could put them alongside and not be noticed. Not the case. I ended up buying more Gibraltar mounts instead and putting these in the extra parts bin. They will work in a pinch, but I was also hoping that a Gibraltar memory lock would fit or at least one of the dozens of other type small memory locks I have. However, I could not find one that would work. Because I needed them as tom suspension bracket mounts, memory locks were important, so that alone was a show stopper for me.
