My 2 year old daughter is into playing doctor. She has all the Doc McStuffins doctor tools, and I've been slowly acquiring "real" doctor tools for her to play with. If you are an actual doctor, I'm not sure if this is the otoscope for you (though I wouldn't know, because I'm not a doctor) but for a 2 year old playing doctor, it's awesome. 1 star off because the pieces fall off somewhat easily, so if your 2 year old put things in his/her mouth, maybe avoid this. But if they just like to look in people's ears and eyes, it's great for the price.

It’s literally a $6 piece of garbage. The scope won’t stay on the light, and even if it does, you can’t see anything with it.I wouldn’t even attempt to use the little sanitary covers because they were covered in little slivers of plastic from the mold they were made in, that could easily cut the inside of someone’s ear. Not to mention, they wouldn’t stay on the scope anyways.The light was extremely weak too. Literally couldn’t even use it as a flashlight if you needed to

Served its purpose. Bought this for a class that "required" and otoscope. This otoscope is a pen light with an attachment. Viewing quality was poor. Usable for a couple class uses but not for clinical practice.

They indicated in the description that this was really not the quality of a professional otoscope..and is pretty cheaply made, as the price suggests. It does work.
