This a good product but like similar products it will take years to see if it withstands daily use. It was simple to install, does not leak (today anyway) and it is expected to last 7-10 years according to other reviews. We shall see.

No wax mess and easy. Recommend slowly and evenly tighten bolts.

Used on a rear outlet toilet based on manufacturer recommendation. No leaks so far seems to do the job.

I gave this ring a shot. And I shouldn’t have. Yes ring is installed right but toilet sits an inch too high. The ring is compressed as much as possible with the bolts tightened to the max without cracking the toilet. Still sits 1” to 1 1/2 to high. Wax rings are the only way to go. Save your money n Buy WAX.

I have used these in the past and had great luck with them. I had to replace wax seals repeatedly on a nd usually replace some of the wood substrate due to wax seal failure. Never had to do it in the remaining time we lived in the house after using this type seal. Couldn't find locally.
