Good protection but the charging case stopped working when plugged in. The plug connection gets loose and does not stay in the phone.

Amazon will not honor warranty. There isn't any link or info to contact seller for warranty claim.I’ve owned this for 5 months and it’s almost impossible to get a good connection in the battery pack’s internal USB C connector that inserts into the iPhone. The slightest touch or breath of air will disconnect the charging connector. The connector really needs to be 1 or 2 mm longer for a more secure connection.
