Product is not what I thought. It has 3/8-16 external threads, but M8 internal threads. I had to drill out with 5/16 bit and tap to 3/8-16. You will use the washers on the vehicle side connector to allow a tight fit.

These enabled me to install a 2nd Lifepo4 battery in my camper to work in parallel with a battery installed in a separate cabinet. I had to be able to reach the terminals through holes I had to drill in the wall between spaces and these extensions were perfect for doing so. They fit the terminal holes perfectly and seem to be high quality. I’d be careful not to over torque them when screwing them in but I could get them plenty tight by hand.

These worked fine. I was a little concerned by other reviews where people said that it can be broken by over tightening. That is probably due to the 6mm size of the post more than anything, which is what this item was made for. I wish the battery came with 8mm so it would have thicker metal, but it is what it is. I was just careful not to tighten it too much. Once I hooked everything up, my tractor turned over and started right up. It is a 3 cylinder diesel, so it does take some juice to start.

The terminal broke on installation but I didn’t realize it until I tried to take it off. The metal between the lug and terminal is very thin and heats up when a medium amount of current passes through.

these adapters fit in a M8x1.25 hole, my battery was M8x1, so it only screws in a little. The thread was not indicated and I thought it was universal.

I have purchased several of these and they work pretty well. I wish they were of better quality and it’s easy to break. I guess for the money it isn’t bad but the quality should be better.

These are a 5 star product all day long, but they're quite a bit smaller than I expected. Can't really use them.
