I’m an ASE certified master tech. I installed these in my son‘s car and it worked perfect. The four-cylinder Dodge avenger utilizes two cam sensors. So this works perfect for both. You must also have a buy directional scanner that is capable of doing a relearn process or you will not be able to finish this job without having the check engine light come back on again. You must clear closed and do a relearn process. A regular code reader will not do this. It must be a full-fledged scanner in thousands of dollars range. Or take it to a dealer and have the relearn process done there.
