I was hesitant at first. But I definitely needed a sissy squat assist. This is so much more than just squatting. It’s versatile with its multiple options. The most important feature, it’s very well-made and solid. I was definitely surprised by the weight and the durability. I am so glad I went with this one. It fits perfectly underneath my bed when not in use.

It's pretty solid, I just wish the cushion was more comfortable to use when doing hip thrusts - I don't use it as often as I'd like because it starts to hurt my back.

Nothing about this thing is right. Though I could use on days not in gmy. It's not built right and everything is just off. Waste of money no free returns. Lost freight$$ glad to see it gone!

I think this is a great product, very easy to assemble and the materials used seam of good quality. This "machine" is so versatile. I am so happy I purchased this! I love the support when doing squats and also the ability to really work the back muscles. You can also do sit ups and side bends, plus others.
