Nice product. It is in fact thicker than OEM or the other ones I've purchased. It also has a flawless powder coat finish which you don't see much of anymore. Great value, works well for exactly what is supposed to do.

FINALLY GOT THE PARTS I NEEDED TO GET MY TRUNK ON MY ROAD GLIDE MADE QUICK RELEASE WITH TWO UP BRACKETS AND HARDWARE. MAKES THE BIKE NOT FEEL SO HEAVY IN THE BACK AROUND TOWN . DONT NEED IT ON THERE UNLESS IM ON A LONG RIDE OR TRAVELING . SO NOW I CAN QUICK DISCONNECT THE WIRES AND PUSH THE CLIPS IN AND UP AND OFF COMES THE TRUNKJ. MAKES THE WHOLE BIKES LOOK CHANGE AND GETS THE HEAVY BOX OUT OF THE EQUASION MAKING IT HANDLE BETTER AND LOOK BETTER. GOOD QUALIITY. FUNCTIONS WELL AND IS SOLID WITH THE DIAMOND PLATE I PUT IN THE TRUNK TO HELP STABALIZE IT WHEN IN USE. . GOOD BUY FORR THE MONEY AND HIGHLY RECOMEND THE CHANGE TO 2 UP.
