Looks good , unlike normal one . Shifts good, no trouble changing gears. As good as a factory installed one and was cheaper .

I am in the process of restoring and modifying an old trike into an e-trike (among other modifications), and one of the modifications it frankly desperately needed was an upgrade from the single speed transmission. From the factory, it came with a 23t sprocket. But using a 5/8" to freewheel adapter (readily found here on Amazon, among other places), I'm replacing that 23t sprocket with this 9 speed cassette.Going from a 23t to a 36t will have HUGE impact on hill climbing...and for a heavy trike, that's kind of important. That's literally a 50% increase in sprocket size, meaning I shouldn't have to be out of the saddle to climb most hills. And going down to an 11t on the low side will mean that I'll actually be able to pedal with the pedal assist of the added electric drive and it'll actually MEAN something, even at higher speeds.I was pretty impressed with the overall quality of this cassette and the nice evenly-spaced choices for gearing. As I won't be using a 2 or 3 speed chainring but rather a single speed crank, the even spacing of the gears means I'll have a wonderfully smooth transmission with the ability to set ideal gearing for any condition. No, it won't have 18 or 27 speeds, but 9 speeds is still a heck of an upgrade from 1, lol. I'm sure I'll be quite happy with this cassette. I have a rear derailleur capable of doing 11 speeds, so it should have plenty of reach for this cassette.It's a "budget cassette" (coming in at less than $20), but for what you spend, I think this is a pretty good deal. I'm pretty excited to get it mounted on my trike so it'll be able to cruise faster and climb better than it ever has. 5 stars.

I had to buy a new tool to change my rear cluster. My old tool was from 1977 (the 2-pin vice mount tool). The new tool delivered the next day & swapping in this cluster was a 10 minute job. I can't speak to this clusters durability as I've only ridden it a couple miles. So far so good.

Seemed to be good quality but i received an open package and was missing the lock ring so I returned for refund.
