This is our new generation black aluminum gutter guard, now enhanced with a durable plastic coating.
We’ve taken customers' concerns into account and upgraded the product by adding a plastic coating, which significantly improves the strength and rigidity of the mesh. This coating not only makes the mesh more durable and resistant to physical wear, but also ensures it maintains its shape better without requiring excessive support during installation. The tighter, more robust mesh structure now offers greater protection against leaves and debris. With this upgrade, you get better value and performance, addressing the concerns raised in previous versions.
Installation Guide for Mesh Leaf Guards:
Before installation, clean your gutters thoroughly. Due to the sharp edges of the aluminum mesh, wearing gloves is highly recommended.
- Method 1:
Tools required: Ladder, measuring tape, screwdriver, wire cutters
Measure and gently bend the gutter cover into a half-moon shape.
Fit the screen into the gutter, adjusting it as you move along.
Use a screwdriver to ensure an even, rounded shape just above gutter level.
- Method 2:
Tools required: Ladder, measuring tape, self-tapping sheet metal screws, wire cutters
Install the aluminum screen flat on top of the gutters.
Tuck one end under the shingles and secure with self-tapping screws.
Cut the mesh into sections as needed, or continue along the gutter without cutting.

The concept is there, but the product was so flimsy and easily misshapen, I gave up after about six feet. It was a mess.

This product is aluminum and therefore too soft. I purchased similar products from other sellers and they are made of steel. However, I still gave it 4 star high score because I could easily bend this mesh to different shapes for uses of other purpose.

All you need is a some shears and a ladder and you can start protecting your gutters. I have a bunch of pine trees that tend to clog up my downspouts and gutters. Finally I won't have to be up at the gutters clearing them out every 3 months.

Nice flexible screen material that can be bent to the shape you need. Holds the way you shape it without trying to return to its original rolled state.Great for various projects, blocking pest entry ways, gutters, crafts etc.Includes several self tapping screws to anchor it. Also comes with some gloves to protect your hands since the edges are quite sharp.Material is thin and soft enough to cut with a pair of scissors, allowing you to get a nice straight cut.I've used this to make a sound baffle for a project and it's working great.
