Your cart is empty.The Blackstone Wind Guards help to deflect the annoying effects of wind on the griddle. Strong winds can become a challenge when griddling, as it can decrease the temperature or extinguish the flames while you are cooking. But with the Wind Guards, you can griddle with more control without worry of the weather. Simply hook the Wind Guards over the edge of the griddle top and use the griddle as you normally would. These wind guards do not work the same with units that have hoods. They can be used as long as the hood is in the up position.

These are an absolutely must for anyone with a Blackstone Griddle. These help keep the flames directed up and the heat from spreading too much into the side tables of the grill. You MUST clean them after each use, as they will get gross and you don't want that. I clean them in a sink with some hot water and a non-scratch brush.

Purchased these guards to block the wind from blowing the flame. They do a fair job , but it could be better. They should be made a little longer and they need a tighter fit. It's easy to knock them off while grilling.

Easy to slap on and they stay in place. Seems to be helping keep the temperature up when it's windy

The side panels are approximately 4" too short. So you'll have to determine which part of your side shelves you want to protect. They slide easy enough back to front just don't cover the whole side of the flat top. Disappointing.Also, on my griddle the side walls of the cooktop slope down ward as it gets to the front. The griddle guards don't slope but are the same height the whole length. So they don't hug the slope. Not a deal breaker but you'd think that Blackstone who makes both products would have designed it better.The rear guards cover too much of the rear. They interfere with the grease cart tilting it downward. As another review mentioned, some adjustment will have to be made. Cutting off 1/2" on each guard should work.I'll think twice before ordering any other Blackstone accessories. Bad design.

They do the job of blocking even stronger winds coming over the water, across our beach house deck. They are typical of the amazing Blackstone products.

We almost passed on these but are glad we didn't. A perfect fit for the 28' griddle -they just hang on the sides and on the back. It definitely cuts back on heat loss due to wind. Since it's breezy 99.9% of the time here we use them with every cook. If they get oily or food splattered just pop them off and wipe them down. Easy peasy.

Theyare great . mine were the wrong size. the seller should have been more specific with the details . It had a 5016 . I don't know what a 5016 is . just go by the sizeof the grill.

These were a great addition to the grill. We were having issues with the wind and this solved the problem. I do think for as much as the grill costs itself these should be included.
