Don't stress about the mess, this mat is a perfect catch all. Holds seasonings, spatulas, grease, and mess. Very easy to clean after and easy dry. Dishwasher safe is an added bonus. No more needing to use a pan or paper towels and making a greasy mess all over your grill and ground area. Flexible silicone so it will not scratch and easy roll up for storage. Quality materials, serves vital function to keeping the mess under control, and good value for the price point.

This is a must have for griddle grill owners. It definitely helps keep the grease mess contained and makes clean up so much easier in the end.

Inevitably when you're using your griddle, you're having to put greasy utensils down and switch them out with other ones. This mat is the perfect place to do that without getting grease or oil on the griddle table or other surfaces. It has ridges built in to catch grease and an edge to keep the mess in place. When done cooking, just wash with dish soap and rinse off and it's good to go for next time.

Great for easy clean up and grill protection! We have two Blackstone grills and these help protect the sides of the grills from things being spilled on them or getting scratched up. These are easy to do a quick wash on.

When you cook on a griddle, there is a lot more oil and grease involved than cooking on a regular BBQ grill.For example, while you are cooking, you put your spatula down on the shelf next to the griddle top, and it leaves a nice oily mess. Or, when you are done cooking and you are cleaning the griddle, you need a place where you can put HOT grease soaked paper towels.With these silicone mats, you don't have to worry about any of that mess. You can cook, clean up afterwards, and you never have to worry about getting grease all over everything. Otherwise, you will be out there after you cook with some Windex cleaning up ANOTHER mess.When you are all done cooking (or cleaning), you simply fold the mat in half like a taco shell, and bring in all the dirty utensils and paper towels held on the inside of it.Once you get everything out of it, you can put the mat right in the dishwasher, or put it in the sink with a little bit of dish soap - and you're ready to go for the next time. It makes the clean up process nice and easy.Definitely recommend this mat! Also, unlike some other silicone mats out there, this one lays down nice and flat from the get go. No wrinkled up edges, or fold line from the shipping packaging.
