I attempted to clean out the old factory carb on my mower. After spending time cleaning the carb and ensuring each tiny air way was cleaned out, the mower wouldn't run correctly. Put this BlueStars 799584 592361 Carburetor on the mower and the darn thing fired right up and runs as new.

Installed carb to deal with carb using too much fuel. The engine started second pull and ran quite well. In fact much better than it has for the past year. Have only used the mower twice since instal. Will report back after longer use.

The hole for the choke level was too small. Just drilled it a little bigger for the cable to fit. The gaskets are very uneven and rough. I had to use the gasket from the old carburetor.Other than that, it works fine.

Was a perfect fit for a MTD Yard Machines 21" mower with B&S 550EX motor. Took about ten minutes to replace and the machine seems as good as new.
