The scent is amazing. I thought they’d be a bit bigger but that’s okay. I don’t really feel like it washes my dogs well though. Compared to other shampoos my dogs will feel clean but this was my dogs felt different and their coats looks dryer than usual. I’ll definitely by again I’ll just have to use a brush next time I bathe them

I have a sensitive nose and didn’t want an overwhelming scented shampoo. This is mild and after a few days, a clean and very mild scent of lavender remains. I bought both the shampoo and conditioner.

My dog had rashes all over his body after using this!! My poor baby was itching and flaking for weeks!! Horrible!!

I usually pay way less than this for the same stuff elsewhere but there’s a pandemic so I’m not shopping in person unnecessarily and this stuff is that good.Nothing else gets my dogs quite so clean or makes their coats feel so nice. This stuff is unparalleled for cleansing ability and the smell is heavenly. Our entire house smells beautiful after a dog bath and the dogs smell great for a few days. No other products will do compared to this!My dogs have normal skin with some mild skin allergies and this works well for them as well.

I’m very picky about smells, and let me tell you.. this is thee best smelling shampoo EVER. We have a very fluffy Aussie/newfy mix and her thick long coat looks & feels so shiny & soft! I highly recommend.

I have a Shih Tzu with hair (not fur) and sensitive pinkish skin. I ran out of this product and tried another brand for sensitive skin that I found at the local pet store. Almost immediately afterwards, I placed my reorder from Amazon out of necessity and as soon as I bathed her again, things settled right down. She was in itchy agony for 2 days because the other product made her skin very irritated. This product seems to be very calming to the skin, leaves the coat manageable and with a very nice sheen. It is not marked for whitening, but it does brighten the whites in her coat and it doesn't leave tangles. On top of it all- it really does smell great and they offer a light conditioner for when a little extra soothing is needed. This is a winner and you won't be disappointed.

I bought the shampoo at a brick and mortar store months ago for my mutt who has dry skin issues. This concentrated shampoo and conditioner are about 95% of the solution. I'm a firm and dedicated user. Both formulas are very concentrated and worth the extra $$.
