As the title says, customer service was amazing and they helped me with some replacement tent poles I needed! Super clear communication and then everything was shipped quickly! Made the whole experience fantastic!

we bought this product 3 years ago. after so much snow and rain, I could see that the cover was wearing. I reached out and was able to save the GREAT frame and replace only the cover. Made us all feel so good to not just throw it all away and start over.It was also a JOY to work with Lisa at the Brandline Parts department. she made sure that I got all the right bits and pieces to get a workout storage shed back to a working "building"!

I bought a trampoline about a year ago from Brandline. A few months ago, a windstorm flipped it and when it landed, one of the pipes snapped. I contacted the company looking to order the replacement, and their customer service - Martina assisted me - was absolutely amazing. They sent me a diagram to identify which part I needed, and charged me a very reasonable fee. Literally, just the shipping. I received the part in less than a week, and I was even contacted upon delivery to make sure I received it and that it was the correct part. Absolutely outstanding customer service, I highly recommend the company. :)

Best piece of equipment! Somehow my oil reservoir was broken, I contacted the seller through Amazon and they quickly sent a link to order the replacement parts needed. EXCELLENT POLE SAW and OUTSTANDING customer service! Thank you!

I had purchased a trampoline from this company in 2016 and part of the frame broke. There was a 10 year warranty on the frame and the company worked so hard to help me and only charged me shipping and replacing the parts we needed in order to get the kids jumping again. They even helped me after I missed ordering a few items. Well worth the money and investment and overall we have been thoroughly pleased with the trampoline brand and purchase as well! Excellent. Kudos to this company.
