Not any different than the stock B&S muffler, on a log splitter. Sounds the same. Waste of time and money.

Nice value for the money and very easy to install with the right power tool, to remove old muffler and replace with new. Installed by 63yr old women with RA. It was a breeze.

Thanks to this genuine Briggs and Stratton muffler, my pushmower sounds like it should. My teenage son thought it would be an excellent idea to weld a "stack" on my pushmower. Thats right, I looked like some poor tractor pull reject out pushmowing my yard. Friends would call from the other side of town, "I heard you got the yard mowed today" and I would be like "WHAT?" Cops came by and said they were getting complaints from the Democratic voters over at the cemetery about the noise. Anyhow, I got the new muffler on and things have sure quieted down around here. "WHAT'S THAT HONEY?" Hey, I have to go for a hearing exam, but yeah, buy this muffler.
