Make sure the set screw is the same, and the attachment area is very close to the surface because the attachment screw is pretty short. I ended up using silicon to keep mine attached.

Picture clearly shows plastic nut to hold this on. Description says installs with one screw. Other reviews mention screw, although some had issues with it. Manufactures web support was no help as I couldn’t find anyplace where I could order the replacement screw and I’m only home when there are no actual people to talk to. Hopefully I can find something at Ace hardware. The grill does look nice, so there’s that. Just no way to mount it.

Easy to install, exact size I needed and it came with the screw. I read a bunch of reviews saying theirs didn’t come with the screw, so I either got lucky or they should have gotten one. So make sure you keep your old one, just in case it doesn’t since it’s hit or miss. Def happy with purchase. Almost had to buy a $45 coverJust a heads up, the screw that came with this cover is all one pc. It’s a long screw with a head on it. I will attach a pic of my old one. The size of the cover is 9 1/2” x 8 3/4”

Fit well and made an old fan look new. I had to use the old plastic screw because the one included was too fat.

This was not a exact model fit but the size fit the opening and I had to superglue a nut (not supplied) so I could use the screw knob that holds the cover to the fan assembly. The fan was about 30 years old.
