I don't recommend this product unless you have a low-flow shower head. I like the look of this product, and the hair catcher is a great feature. However, the tip-toe plug seems to only handle a drain flow of under 2 gallons per minute. A low-flow shower head is limited to 1.7 gpm and the drain keeps up, but regular flow shower heads deliver 2.5 gpm and you quickly find yourself standing in a pool of water. I think I'm going to wind up swapping the tip-toe piece with a lift and turn plug.UPDATE: The vendor contacted me about this review and offered a full refund. Instead of accepting the refund, I asked if they could send the lift-and-turn version of this drain plug which I though could handle a higher flow rate. They agreed and sent me what I requested. It's working perfectly. I added a star for this top notch customer service. I left one star off because the flow problem with the tip-toe drain plug is still a concern, but I'd offer five stars for the lift-and-turn version of this product.
