I bought this for the carbon cap and a new bolt that wasn’t rusted. It installed easily and looks great.

My LBS used to sell starnuts for a buck or two. Oh well. What I received is pretty good quality though. I haven't installed the starnut and will be storing until needed. I do actually prefer the expander design (to avoid damaging carbon steerers in particular), but a good starnut setup is far easier and quicker to adjust.The cap itself is pretty good quality. I put that on a bike using black spacers.Everything was shipped loose in the bag, so there were some scuffs in the carbon from rubbing against metal. Not a big deal since some 2000 grit paper will buff it right out.

Parts fit and perform the intended function. I’m not a fan of the graphics, but that’s a personal preference.
